The Birthday Parties!!
This is our chance, YOUR CHANCE, to sit down with these kids and tell them, “The day you were born was a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!” Beautiful Day volunteers get decorate the school lunch room to look just like a birthday table! Party tablecloths, plates and napkins! Balloons! Special Meals! Beautiful Day bracelets!! Custom-made birthday cards signed by the volunteers!! All of it!! Just for them!
We get to see it happen all the time at these birthday parties! The kids are quick to point out their best friends or tell us a story about their baby brother. In these moments – real connections between real people are made.
